FAQs

My company hasn't been set up yet. Can I apply?

The company must have been created by the time you join our support program. Your company may be in the planning or creation stage at the time of application. If you are successful and confirm your participation in the support program, you will need to be able to provide a Kbis for contractualization.

How can I benefit from the FPI (Fonds Parisien pour l'Innovation) grant?

Paris&Co has been awarded the Fonds Parisien pour l'Innovation (FPI) label, which means that companies supported under our “Essentiel” and “Premium” offers can benefit from a grant of up to €30,000, subject to validation of your application by Bpifrance & the City of Paris.

The FPI is a development fund for innovative companies that are less than 3 years old with projects linked to tomorrow's ecological, economic and social transition, and based in Paris. Bpifrance examines the applications and determines whether the project meets the criteria selected jointly with the City of Paris.

The FPI grant amounts to a maximum of €30,000 and covers incubation costs up to €8,000 per year, i.e. all Essentiel support costs, excluding accommodation costs. The remainder of the grant must be allocated to tech-oriented innovation and/or Research & Development expenses.

When will we know if our application has been shortlisted? When and where will the pitches take place?

We'll be in touch to let you know the result around December 1. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to pitch your project in early December. The pitches will take place in person at one of the Paris&Co sites.

When will we know if our startup is part of the class of 2025?

You will be notified of the outcome of your application the week of December 16, 2024.

How many projects do you select for inclusion in Paris&Co?

On average, we keep 15% to 20% of the applications we receive.

How much does coaching cost?

All our support offers are available here.
The prices of the various programs reflect the value of the support offered (expertise, individual coaching, partner offers, training, events, platform, etc.). Paris&Co takes no equity stake in your company, so there's no capital dilution.

For companies eligible for the FPI, the subsidy covers support costs up to €8,000 for companies subscribing to the Essentiel offer (€667 excl. tax/month, i.e. €8,000 excl. tax/year) and Premium offer (€1,000 excl. tax/month, i.e. €12,000 excl. tax/year) packages. However, any hosting costs are not covered by the subsidy.

The Basic offer (€542 excl. tax/month or €6,500 excl. tax/year) does not qualify for the FPI grant. For companies not eligible for the FPI, support costs are entirely at the entrepreneur's expense.

Our offers are non-binding. You can stop your support at any time, subject to one month's notice. We invoice monthly.

What if our startup already has offices?

You can be incubated “hors murs” (without accommodation in our incubator) while continuing to benefit from connections with our partners, individual and collective support, negotiated offers for Paris&Co startups and our events program. We advise you to plan recurring visits to take full advantage of our programming and connection with the ecosystem.

Is it possible to stay at one of the Paris&Co sites without being incubated?

Priority for office space is given to incubated startups. However, if your project is not accepted at the end of the selection process, your application may be reconsidered if you still require office space.

Is it possible to visit one of the sites before joining?

Site visits will be organized in November and early December. You can register directly below:
